Payment is due at the time of service. We do accept Master Card, Visa and Discover Card. We also accept almost all insurance. We are not members of any HMO’s, but we are preferred providers for Delta, Anthem, and Hoosier Health Wise. We do accept the other insurances that we are not preferred providers for. In these cases there can be some additional out of pocket expenses that would be the patient’s responsibility to pay. With all insurances we will do our best to help you get the maximum benefit from your insurance. It is your insurance. Although we do our best to help you with it, it is your responsibility to know your policy and pay the deductible and co-pay. We work with a credit company called “CareCredit” and in some instances they can get you 0% financing, especially for “Lumineers” and “Invisalign." |
